Human QC is added to an AD or caption job and priced on the same minutes, at one speed per job. The clock starts when the draft is ready and runs in calendar hours.

What a job costs

  • A minute is a minute of the programme you upload, not of the description.
  • Length is rounded up to the next tenth of a minute (6 seconds). The smallest job is 1 minute.
  • Human QC is charged on the same minutes as the job it checks.
  • You see the price before a job starts. Rates can change, but never for a job already started.

How prepaid Credit works

  1. Top up

    Buy a Credit pack. You get an invoice for every top-up.

  2. Held

    When a job starts, its price is held from your Credit, so it cannot be spent twice.

  3. Charged on delivery

    When the job is delivered, the held amount is charged. Anything not used goes back to your Credit.

  4. Released on failure

    If a job fails, the whole hold is released. You are not charged for a failed job.

Credit is a prepaid right to use asanga re-scribe, and nothing else. It is not money and cannot be transferred, resold or withdrawn as cash. Refunds of unused Credit follow the Cancellation and Refunds policy; see also the Terms of Service.
